Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Wallpaper Gallery to manage or cancel.
Make sure the app has permission to add photos to your library (Settings → Wallpaper Gallery → Photos) and that you're connected to the internet, then try again. If it still fails, email us with the wallpaper name and your iOS version.
Email us at the address above with a link or description of the wallpaper and we'll investigate and remove it if warranted.
Wallpaper Gallery doesn't require an account. We use a device identifier to track your credit balance and downloads. See the app's App Store privacy label for full details.
